ROW Visionar 60mm f1.6

Das ROW ("Rathenower Optische Werke") Visionar 60mm f1.6 ist ein Landkino-Projektionsobjektiv aus der ehemaligen DDR. Diese zuerst von ROW, später dann unter dem Carl Zeiss-Label produzierten Projektionsobjektive sind optisch wirklich gut korrigiert und leistungsstark.

Problematisch ist es, für diese "Glasklötze" mit 62mm-Durchmesser (die es in den verschiedensten Brennweiten gab), eine Fokussiermöglichkeit zu finden. Ich benutze hier einen in der Ukraine gefertigten Fokussier-Helicoid, in dem das Objektiv mittels Madenschrauben fixiert wird.

Dieser hat kameraseitig einen M39-Anschluss, woran sich problemlos dann über M42 ein dünner Sony-E-Mount-Ring anbringen lässt und man es so an die Sony Alpha 7III/RIII adaptieren kann.

The ROW ("Rathenower Optical Works") Visionar 60mm f1.6 is a "Landkino" projection lens from the former GDR. These projection lenses, first produced by ROW and later under the Carl Zeiss label, are optically really well corrected and powerful.

It is problematic to find a focusing option for these "glass blocks" with a 62mm diameter (which were available in a wide variety of focal lengths). Here I use a focusing helicoid made in Ukraine, in which the lens is fixed using grub screws.

This has an M39 connection on the camera side, to which a thin Sony E-mount ring can easily be attached via M42 and can thus be adapted to the Sony Alpha 7III/RIII

Da man ja keine Blende hat, ist man natürlich was die Motive angeht, eingeschränkt - 

aber ich benutze das Objektiv besonders für Detailaufnahmen mit Bokeh sehr gerne - und auch bei Portraits macht es eine gute Figur:

Wie geschaffen ist das Visionar mit seinem Swirl und den Katzenaugen zum Rand hin natürlich für Detailaufnahmen in der Natur - bei überraschend guter Schärfe am Fokuspunkt:

The Visionar, with its swirl and cat's eyes towards the edge, is of course ideal for taking detailed photos in nature - with surprisingly good sharpness at the focus point:

Und auch Spielereien mit glänzendem Metall machen viel Spaß mit dem ROW Visionar 60mm f1.6.
